PlastiFantasti – Using Plastic Better

Industrialized consumption is characterized by a linear route – from the factory to us and from us to the garbage. In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of the need to change our industry and resource utilization practices. The project carries out design for a circular economy, where the end of a product’s life is only the beginning of another product. PlastiFantasti is a research and development venture of new and smart technologies for the use of recycled plastic. In developing the mechanisms and series of products, I followed the principles of accessibility and emphasis on product disassembly and assembly, the use of a few parts, and a limited range of raw materials.
