Leck Mich

Leck Mich (German for “Lick my Ass”) is a festival that celebrates the modern cabaret with all of its diversity: Drag, Burlesque, Dance and more. Performances are inspired by the history and aesthetic of the cabaret. They are rude, honest yet glamorous. The concept was to mix the political elements of the cabaret with the glamorous parts. My main inspiration came from the Kabarett (the german cabaret), where the performers talked and sang about politics and social problems during their performances in sarcastic ways. I took the idea of the Kabarett and made it more modern and suitable for today.
