Installation – MDF, Industrial paint, acrylic and oil on paper Painting as space, and space as painting. The desire to move away from the traditional definition of painting as a frontal and concrete form of art. The idea of painting can be expressed in proposals that can be realized in different materials and in a presence conveyed by size and appearance. The pursuit for answers about the two-dimensional painting within the boundariesof three-dimensions, alongside the preservation of two-dimensionality as a way of action and thought, still resonates within the created installation. The object and the form become the subject of the painting, whose whole desire is,in fact, to activate and direct the observer from his classical pattern to a different pictorial experience, which includes the mastery / playfulness of the gaze with thepainting and the space. By giving autonomy of space to the observer, a newperspective is created for the observer about the space he is currently at. The choiceis given to look at the image from several possible paths, which provides differentperspectives of the painting, thus redefining it.
