Designing communication between two people The pharmacy is a meeting place between service providers and the general public, including people with hearing loss. The service process in this case can be challenging and awkward, both for the customer and for the pharmacist. Created in the desire to maintain the individual’s privacy in this complex environment, Ampliphone is a parametric amplifier that discretely directs the pharmacist's voice to the customer's ears, while filtering background noises, and isolating the conversation from the surroundings.
